Below are pictures of some of our loved ones who left this world ahead of us.  We share so much love.  Remember, love is not in the past tense.

Freckles--Sweet Beagle of my childhood.  Freckles came to live with us as a Christmas present when I was in second grade.  She died when I finished high school in 1965.

Beautiful Raquel--Our first Feline Love.  She came to us when I was in college as a tiny, scruffy kitten, and she grew into a beautiful sweet girl, who loved her grandmother best.  She lived a long and happy life.

Mateus--named after our favorite wine of the time.  He was tough and preferred to be call "Mr."  He died in 1973 just before he was 4 years old of feline infectious anemia, like his buddy Chester, below.

Shoreham Manchester Cataria
"Chester"--my first Cornish Rex--died in 1972, before he was 2 years old,
of feline infectious anemia. He was so sweet and a champion jumper!

Ch. Venturex Toto Cataria of Hoppalong
Toto, love of my life.  Died in 1982 at age 10 of FIP.  She
was named best Tortoiseshell Rex in the country by
Cats Magazine in 1974.

Toto and Babies--May 1974

Ch Venturex Mystryx
My Trixie.  How much sweeter can a cat get.
Trixie died in 1991 at 18 1/2.

Hoppalong Henny Penny
Toto's Kitten--my Henny --I wanted to sell all of the kittens, but when Henny was the only one left, I couldn't let him go.  He loved only me.  My handsome boy, died in 1987 at 13 of cardiomyopathy.

Bitsy -- love of Mom and Dad.  Died at 18.
